1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once you place your order, our warehouse team will ship it out within 1-5 business days.

Products shipped from USA to USA will be received within 5-7 days.

Products ship from China. You can expect to receive your package within 7-12 business days.

Also, factor in any possible delays caused by your local customs.

We are not held accountable for any shipment delays caused by the carrier or for delays in transit. Please contact the shipment carrier directly with your tracking number.

2 HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Returns are accepted for all items within 7 days of purchase. Please visit our returns page to initiate the returns process.

3. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a true tracking number once your order shipped out. Please refer to Order-Tracking page. You can also track it a few days later because the tracking information usually updates in 1-3 working days.

4. HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
